Department for legal, financial - material and general affairs

The Department for Legal, Financial-Material and General Affairs performs the tasks of basic activities, which include the adoption of individual acts related to rights, duties and responsibilities from the employment relationship, normative-legal tasks that include the drafting of drafts and proposals for laws, other regulations and general acts within the competence of the Office. The department then performs study-analytic tasks that include the preparation of analyses, reports, drafts and budget proposals, then professional-operational tasks that include the implementation of policy and the execution of laws, other regulations and general acts. Further, the Department performs informational - documentation tasks that include informing the public about the work of the Office, then accounting - material tasks such as the preparation of acts for the execution of budgets, financial plans, bookkeeping and cashiering, as well as administrative and technical tasks that include keeping official records, issuing certificates and other acts, and performing office business.
